Venetian Construction is a Toronto-based company focusing on Jewelstone decorative overlay installation and concrete repair of steps, porch, patio, walkways and pool decks.
We are proud to be an Authorized DuROCK Jewelstone Contractor. We have been in business since 2006. It has been over 25 years since Mike Yazdani joined the landscaping and construction industry professionals. He has completed and managed thousands of residential and commercial projects, mainly in Toronto and the GTA.

That Comes in Six Stages
Jewelstone blends polymer resins with cement, sand and other additives to improve performance, wear resistance and aesthetic qualities. It adheres well to existing concrete and resists damage from UV exposure, freeze-thaw conditions and abrasion.
Skim Grind & Power Wash
Surface preparation — grinding and power washing where needed to ensure a clean, solid base.
Day 1Primer Coat
DuROCK Jewel Stone primer coat applied to ensure maximum adhesion to the existing concrete surface.
Day 1Base Coat
DuROCK Jewel Stone base coat applied as the foundational layer for the decorative finish.
Day 1Design Application
The signature Jewel Stone design is hand-applied — creating the unique stone or slate pattern of your choice from hundreds of colour combinations.
Day 2Finish Coat
DuROCK Jewel Stone finish coat applied for durability, weather resistance and a beautiful final appearance.
Day 2Staining & Sealing
Stain and coloring applied if required, followed by DuROCK sealer for maximum protection and longevity.
